  • All sales are final on non-apparel products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  • Apparel items are eligible for returns under the conditions outlined below.


Apparel Return Policy

We understand that apparel items may not always be the perfect fit. For apparel purchases, we offer the following return options:

Eligibility:

  • Apparel items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, please email us at support@provisionforlife.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

    • Be sure to include a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

  2. Return Approval: Once we review your request, we will send you instructions and confirm if your return is eligible.

  3. Generate Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label from Shopify’s built-in return system. This will be sent to you via email, and you can use it to return the item to us.

Return Shipping:

  • Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for eligible apparel items.

  • You will be able to use the return shipping label provided by Shopify to send the item back to us at no cost to you.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.


Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned apparel item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.

  • Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, but return shipping is covered by us.


Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, you can initiate a return and then place a new order for the item you want.

  • Return Shipping for Exchanges: We offer free return shipping for apparel returns, but you will need to cover the cost of shipping the new item if there’s a price difference.


Non-Apparel Items (Final Sale)

All non-apparel items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These include:

  • Accessories

  • Home Decor

  • Mug/Drinkware

If your non-apparel item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can assist you in resolving the issue.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item. To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  2. Provide Photos: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s).

  3. Replacement or Refund: We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
