Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below to understand our shipping process and times.

Processing Time

  • Printful-fulfilled Products: Products fulfilled by Printful will typically take 2-7 business days for processing before they are shipped out. Printful handles the printing, packaging, and shipping directly to you.
  • Products Shipped Directly from Us: Products that are fulfilled directly by us will be processed and shipped within 3-7business days.

Shipping Times

  • Printful-fulfilled Products: After processing, the standard shipping time is usually between 3-7 business days depending on your location within the U.S..
  • Products Shipped Directly from Us: Shipping times for items shipped directly from us are typically 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States for orders over $50 only. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for items directly fulfilled by us only. 

Order Fulfillment & Split Shipments

  • Since some of our products are fulfilled by Printful and others are shipped directly from our warehouse, please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
    • Printful Products will be shipped directly from Printful’s fulfillment centers, and these items will arrive separately from products shipped by us.
    • Products Shipped Directly from Us will be shipped from our warehouse and may arrive either before or after your Printful-fulfilled products.
  • You will receive a tracking number for each package that ships out, so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Currently Shipping Within the U.S. Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are not offering international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for each package. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund for your order.

Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or missed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
